NO pets or smoking in any rental units.
Cabin rates are based on 5 people; additional people are $5.00 each.
Rustic cabins have beds only, cable TV hook-up, electricity, water outside and are close to the bathhouse.

Rustic Suite cabins have a 1/2 bath, kitchen sink, cable TV, microwave and refrigerator.
Deluxe cabins are on mountain streams, have kitchenette w/ limited eating and cooking utensils, bath w/ shower and cable TV.

Please report any problems or missing materials from your rental cabin. We will do everything we can to make sure your stay is enjoyable and relaxing! We provide the initial dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. These items will not be replenished during Guest’s stay. Please DO NOT take any of the unused items listed above or the guest’s credit card will be charged accordingly.

All units have heating and air conditioning, refrigerator and grill.
Bed and bath linens are NOT furnished in these rental units.
You receive keys upon arrival at the check-in desk and are returned when you check-out, and unit is inspected. If any items are missing the guest’s credit card will be charged a minimum of $100 plus the cost of the missing item(s). Guest’s are liable for any missing items or any damage made to the rental cabins. IF any damage is found while the unit is being inspected, other than the regular wear and tear, the guest’s credit card will be charge a minimum of $100 plus damage repair fees.

Refunds:
Camping is a great outdoor experience; therefore, we do not give refunds due to discomforts of nature, illness or work schedules.
Campsites - deposit refunded if cancelled 10 days before arrival date, less 10% of total site charges for cancellation fee, minimum $10.00.
Rental Units - deposit refunded if cancelled 21 days before arrival date, less 10% of total site charges for cancellation fee, minimum $10.00.
Deposit forfeited if less than 10 days on camp sites or 21 days on rental units before the arrival date
Groups - must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. No refund within 30 days. Groups consist of any 4 or more sites.

All advanced payments will be forfeited if guest(s) fails to check-in.
All dates reserved must be paid for upon check-in.
No refunds will be made for early departures, delayed arrival, or for reducing the number of nights reserved. NO REFUNDS ON ARRIVAL
